There’s still a full month of beaches, parks, and other summer activities for you and your kids to enjoy, and Advent is inviting you to be part of it. Check out the upcoming outdoor events in August — they are free, family-friendly, and open to all, so bring your friends!
Not yet an Advent family? We’d love to meet you! These events are a great opportunity to connect with members of the Advent community and learn more about our progressive and social justice-focused approach to pre-K through Grade 6 education.

Sunday, August 10: Open Streets Hyde Park 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Advent School will be part of the Open Streets Boston event in Hyde Park, a day of live music, mouthwatering food trucks, kid-friendly activities, and vibrant local art that will unite our community!
Wednesday, August 20: Advent Night at Titus Sparrow Park, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Join us for a free evening of live music, an instrument petting zoo, and family fun. This event is open to all, so bring your friends and family!
Thursday, August 21: Bluey Dance Party at Myrtle Street Playground, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
