Advent Alumna Reports on China for International Herald Tribune
Advent alumna Annie Osborn ’04, a junior at Boston Latin School, is studying with School Year Abroad in Beijing. Her essay, “China through hopeful eyes” was featured on the International Herald Tribune’s Opinion Page on December 15, 2008. She e-mailed her parents, “This morning I found out that my piece made it into Chinese papers and the International Herald Tribune—and Fashion Satellite…My English teacher used it to teach essay writing in class yesterday.”
Annie’s article was also published in The Boston Globe. Congratulations Annie!
